Returns Policy

1. General Returns:

    • Unused and undamaged products in resalable condition can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
    • A restocking fee of 15% to 25% will be applied to the returned item, depending on its specific nature. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any other items originally included with the purchase.
    • We reserve the right to deny the return or apply additional fees if the returned product is not in resalable condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to file a claim.
    • In such cases, we will provide you with instructions on returning the damaged or defective item.
    • We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
    • Please retain all packing materials, including the shipping label, as they may be required for the return process.

3. Custom and Personalized Items:

    • Custom and personalized items are specifically tailored to your requested attributes, such as imprinting, finish, color, size, or items built to order by the manufacturer.
    • If we made an error or if the items you receive are materially different from what you approved, we will take responsibility and either re-produce or replace the custom or personalized item.
    • However, custom and personalized items that are free from error or material differences are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Please note that refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and the refund amount will be adjusted to account for any applicable restocking fees.

1. Domestic Shipping (United States):

    • Online orders can be shipped domestically within the 50 United States.
    • Delivery time for orders within the United States is estimated to be between 2-10 business days. However, the actual delivery time may vary based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
    • Freight charges for domestic shipments are calculated based on the package weight and dimensions.

2. Shipping to Canada:

    • We currently do not offer online shipping to Canada. For shipments to Canada, please contact our customer service team at 800-624-5530.
    • Ground Service shipments to Canada typically arrive within 10-12 business days, depending on the destination.
    • It's important to note that taxes and duties for shipments to Canada are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Stock Orders and Made-to-Order Products:

    • Stock orders received by 12:00 pm CST on business days will typically be shipped on the same day.
    • Some products may require customization or manufacturing before they can be shipped. Such made-to-order products may experience a delay of several business days before shipping.
    • If you require an exact shipment date, we recommend contacting us before placing your order. This will allow us to confirm if we can meet your specific deadline.
